At the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinics, she worked directly with clients on family law matters as well as estate planning, drafting documents, conducting interviews, and researching legal issues. Her work with the Children’s Assessment Center gave her valuable insight into the needs of children in the legal system, and her role at the Texas Advocacy Project she supported survivors of domestic violence through legal advocacy. Across all settings, Sydney is known for her attention to detail, empathy, and ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism.

A cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a certification in Applied Behavioral Health, Sydney draws on her background in human behavior to approach each case with understanding and perspective. She believes the law is not only about resolving disputes, but also about creating security, fostering trust, and empowering clients to move forward with confidence.

What Sydney enjoys most about family law is the nuance of each case; no two are alike, and every matter requires a tailored, creative approach. Outside of law, she expresses that same creativity through her hobbies, whether its perfecting new recipes or painting a new masterpiece. Having lived in Montgomery County her entire life, she is passionate about building her career in the community she calls home and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in the county and surrounding areas.
